Norlyn Dimmitt is founder and CEO of ExamFirst, an actuarial consulting firm dedicated to reforming the life insurance industry. The central idea behind ExamFirst reforms is the enabling of consumers to be underwritten, and hence accurately quoted, before they choose a carrier. Norlyn has 17 years of insurance industry experience, and during most of that time worked as a product development actuary for such companies as Life of Virginia (now GE Financial Assurance) and Zurich Life.
